1000 Miglia 2019 [ENA] Giovanni Moceri and Daniele Bonetti winners of the 1000 Miglia 2019 The winner of the 37th historic re-enactment of the 1000 Miglia driving a Alfa Romeo 6C 1500 SSA of 1928 is the crew composed of Giovanni Moceri and Daniele Bonetti with the number 59.

Completing the winner’s podium of the “the most beautiful race in the world”, in the second place we have the crew composed of Andrea Vesco and Andrea Guerini driving a Alfa Romeo 6C 1750 SS Zagato, and in the third place, the crew composed of Juan Tonconogy e Barbara Ruffini driving a Bugatti Type 40 of 1927. Winning the Coppa delle Dame (Ladies’ Cup), reserved for the first women’s team is Silvia Marini and Ruggeri Francesca driving a Aston Martin 2 litre Speed Model of 1937. Ruffini-Tonconogy won the 2018 edition, while Vesco-Guerini the 35th edition in 2017. The famous race closed successfully, the founders are now working for the 2020 where important news are expected.

The 1000 Miglia, out to celebrate its thirty-seventh re-enactment, started from Brescia on Wednesday 15th May, with the flypast of Italian Air Force "Frecce Tricolori" aerobatic team. The Red Arrow crossed the heart of Italy in direction of Romel before returning to Brescia on Saturday 18th and after having touched down in Cervia – Milano Marittima, Rome and Bologna. The protagonists of the 1000 Miglia 2019 were 430 exceptional vehicles, testifyng to the history of design and cars. As usual, industry leaders, famous characters and pilots usually support the race participating to the event, like Patrizio Bertelli, Andrea Merzario, Joe Bastianich.
